Reassignments and Withdrawals

To obtain a Student Number for Reassignments

To receive a student number please see form below:
 
 

Once it has been complete please email form to Ileana Nunez with the following forms:

  1. Student Registration form
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Registering Parent ID
  4. Proof 1 of Address
  5. Proof 2 of Adress
In the subject, type the student’s name and the word, “Student Number”. (example: “Doe, John – Student Number”)

Withdrawals

To withdraw a student from Tropical Elementary please see form below:

Once it has been complete please email form to Ileana Nunez.

In the subject, type the student’s name and the word, “Withdrawal”. (example: “Doe, John – Withdrawal”)
